Terms of use
These terms cover this website. They do not cover the Ayana application, which will have its own terms when it is released. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Who you are dealing with
lonfeng.com is operated by 16560679 Canada Inc., a corporation registered federally in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with its place of business in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Contact isaac@lonfeng.com. "The company" below means that corporation. By using this site you accept these terms.
What the site is for
It describes the company and the software it is building. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and nothing here is professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Descriptions of unreleased software describe current intentions. Plans change, features get cut, and names get changed. Nothing on this site is a promise that any product will be released, or released in the form described.
Ownership
The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to the company, except where stated otherwise. You may read, link to, quote, and share pages. You may not republish substantial parts as your own, or use the company's name or product names in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Apple, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Human Design and Gene Keys refer to bodies of work created by others; naming them is not a claim of ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades service for other people.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is. The company does not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is complete and current, and it may be changed or taken down at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or rights you hold as a consumer under British Columbia or Canadian law.
Links out
Where this site links to somewhere else, the company does not control that site and is not responsible for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last were.
